Today I toured the Edgemont site. As of date, Edgemont is one of the fastest selling new developments in Steamboat. Now under construction, the crews were working hard and the first phase is expected to be completed in Spring 2010.

The marketing team boasts that Edgemont is situated on the edge of the Steamboat Ski Resort, in a landmark location above the Mountain Village, Edgemont’s ‘click-in and go’ access to the ski slopes is unmatched by any other new real estate available in Steamboat. Merry Mainstreet in Downtown Steamboat

The first annual Downtown Holiday Stroll is this Saturday, December 13th, from 5 to 8 pm on Lincoln Ave. The windows have been decorated, the gingerbread houses are ready and the Santa House can be viewed at the courthouse lawn. Larry the Camel and friends will be making an appearance and NRC Broadcasting/Jack 95.5 will be hosting a live remote.
This will be a fun holiday festival to check out.
